Ram

I really enjoyed creating this paper cutout of a ram’s head. I went for angular patterns in the head and arcuate patterns in the horns. Rams’ horns have a particular curved geometry which was the most difficult aspect of this drawing. The curved horns serve to nicely frame the cutout and are the real highlight of this cutout. The last picture at the bottom shows a laser etching on a piece of cardboard using a design derived from a scan of the original cutout.
